Every stage of the production process is supported by technical assistance and garanteed by careful monitoring of single activities and traceability of the lot produced.

The quality of the raw material is of primary importance: our Quality Management System ISO 9001 2008 certified, runs tests and analysis of the incoming material in order to verify the characteristics and the chemical composition.

Dies and toolsFor dies and tools design and manufacturing, Juntai have own moulds developments department, with thousands of moulds for service different customers.

Hot forging
The production process starts with raw material entry: each brass bundle is controlled, identified and codified internally to ensure the complete traceability of the production lot. After bar cutting and graphitization, the real hot forging operation begins. On the forged pieces it is possible to execute various surface treatments, such as sandblasting, and proceed to the mechanical machining phase according to customer’s specific requirements.
Thanks to CNC sawing machines, presses with automatic interlocking and power up to 600 tons, trimming machines with automatic loaders, Juntai is able to produce a wide range of brass parts from 50 grams to 5 kg weight.

MachiningThe material comes from the forging department or directly from the customer in case only the machining of the piece is required.
The machining department is composed of state-of-the-art technology:
• Machining centers
• CNC transfer machines
• CNC lathes
• various robots and automatic loaders able to perform several operations
