4. Usually, we offer technical support in remote control basis in first time.

5. Any accessory problem will be sent new one to replace, the express fee and accessory cost, we will bear.

6. Some problems can’t be diagnosed in Remote Assistance, or our clients are hard to solve the matter. Our client could refund the products or accessory to repair. If the cause is our duty, we will bear all express cost
