Packing:

1. If no special request, we will use normal packing suitable quantity into polybag, then put into export carton.

2. If need special packing, please list them in your E-mail. We would like to make the customer wanted packing.

Delivery:

1. For the samples, we will send you by UPS, DHL, FEDEX or TNT. Tracking number will be advised after delivery

2. When going to production, we will advise you use Air Freight or Sea Freight.

3.The balance payment should be paid before delivery to you.

After Sales:

Samples up to a total amount of $10.00 are free. Any samples above and beyond $10.00 will be billable at EQP plus shipping. Please provide a freight Collect or Third Party Shipper # of UPS/FedEx/DHL or other express for frieght collect. Samples will be shipped within 72 hours.

Lead Time

Our delivery schedule depends on the quantity and timeliness of receiving your artwork & sample approval. Seven days may be required before production starts.

Mold Charge

For customized products, you need pay for copper mold if the order amount less than $3000. We usually charge for aluminum mold in advance, and will return the money to you when total order amount arrive USD 30,000 for one product.
