1. Suggestions before your inquiry

1. Spare enough time.

The exhibition booths are made of HIGH density MDF, so it is pretty heavy, not suitable for air delivery. In that case, sparing enough time is necessary. So that you can catch up the show.

To give you a general idea of time, below I list the normal time.

1. Design: 3 to 5 days

2. Production: 10 to 15 working days

3. Delivery: 7-20 days (according to different country)

3. If you have no design, it is okay. Cause we support design, which is based on your requirements. And for design, we do not charge for anything, if you finally place the order on us.

Before design, we will charge USD300 for each design that size is under 20 square meters. Over 20 square, we will charge according to the practical. When you place the order, the fee will be refunded.

2. Brief introduction

Our products are customized according to clients’ requirements. In the process, the machine size and installation places will be taken into consideration. So it is will be very suitable for your operation.

In addition, if the kiosk concerns electric, electric box will be equipped and electric circuit will be laid out well.

For advertisement and menu showing, painting light boxes are our normal choice. It is made of acrylic panels and light tubes, and easy to operate.

3. Standard equipment

1. Body: MDF furnished with high glossy baking paint.

By far, the perfect material for baking paint is MDF, for its quite smooth surface and strong hardness. For baking paint, our normal practice is three times basic painting and four times surface painting. After each painting, the kiosks will be moved to professional house for drying.

2. Cabinets and drawers. Normally, under the countertop, it is designed as cabinets or drawers for stuff storage. For resisting moisture, inside the cabinet and drawers, it decorated with HPL. Hinge and trackers are equipped.

3. Man-made stone countertop. High quality man-made stone countertop ensures good usage experiences. It is easy to clean, also of good chemical stability.

4. Advertising equipment-painting light boxes. The poster inside the boxes can be changed as you like. And it is easy to operate. It is made of two layer acrylic panels, one is for light homogenizing and another is for poster fixation. For large painting light boxes, fluorescent lamps, T4/T5, are used for illumination. For small and thin one, LED strip is used.

5. Glass fence. It is made of frosted tempered glass and hot bending glass. For corner or non-linear site, hot bending glass will be used.

6. Bottom protection- kicking. The part is for kick or crash preventing, good for bottom protection.

7. Glass Display case.

8. Acrylic Logo. Its shape can be customized as your logo. When power on, it can be illuminated. Its color also can be customized.

9. Complete electric circuit. The concerned electric equipment is certificated by CE and UL.

10. Light decoration. Besides painting light boxed, normally some parts of the kiosks can be decorated with lights/LED, like kicking.

11. Position for Cashier installation. For better using experience, for each kiosk, we will spare a fixed position for cashier register installation. As to its shape and size, both can be customized.
