What is the aluminum foam ?

Aluminum foam is made of metal (Al) between bubbles and bubbles of cell wall.Its structure is similar to bubble, so often referred to as the aluminum foam.

The proportion of aluminum foam material for 0.2 to 0.6 g/cm3,Is lighter than water, About 1/8 of the pure aluminium,1/30 of the iron,Wood and plastic 1/4-1/2. Porosity is greater than 80%,Pore size from 1 to 5 mm.

Hole of aluminum foam material is independent, closed, not connected to each other.
