Introduction:

This product is a two-component polymer modified cement based waterproof coating which is the company independent research and development. Which rich in acrylate, moisture repellent, rust and corrosion inhibitor, early strength agent and penetration crystallization masterbatch etc more than 10 kinds of imported additives and active substances, is a the world's advanced level high performance waterproof coatings.

Range of application:

Indoor and outdoor building walls, ground, basement, kitchen, toilet, reservoirs, bridges and other waterproof, seepage resistance, moistureproof, underground anticorrosion of metals.

Base treatment:

1. Base surface must be firm, smooth, no dust, no pollution, no cast and other dirt

2. Base surface voids, holes, cracks, etc with Lencaqi’s quick Condensing Plugging king filling wall and smooth, sharp edges and bump should be removed

3. Bases are required to be humid before construction.( But can't have hydrops) The basal application of porous type with delayed coagulation Plugging king smooth, internal and external corner and other node do circular arc Angle(internal corner R>50mm,external cornerR>10mm)

Method of application:

1 Pour powders into matched emulsion slowly under stirring. After the lump of solid in the paste disappear, stop stirring for 10min and then stir for 2min before use. Better to keep stirrer at the bottom of the container When the secondary stirringso as not to paste up into the air. The mixture should be used up within 1 hour.

2 Paint the mixture on humid but ponding-free base uniformly with palm fibre brush. Every layer should not be constructed before previous layer is solidified and each layer should be brushed inperpendicular direction to previous layer. Wool brush is suggested for the last layer to get smoother surface. If this is a finish coat layer, it is suggested to do crosswise drawbench treatment with palm fibre brush to enhance adhesive property.

3 Fiberglass cloth can be used in large crack or deformation joint. High pressure spraying method is suggested in large area construction.

Health and safety

This product contains cement ingredients, can irritate the skin, inhalation powder should be avoided in the construction.If necessary, please wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves, goggles, dust masks, etc.If this product contact with skin, rinse with clean water; If contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical care.

Reference dosage

1 Applying for dampproof, reference dosage is 1 kg/m2, one layer of brush work about 0.5mm thick,

2 Applying for waterproof,impermeability,twice brushworks of 2 kg/m2 are recommended to obtain more than 1.2mm thickness.

Transportation and storage

1. This product is not flammable and explosive, so it can be transported as general goods. Measures required during transportation are keeping away from rain washing, sun exposure, freezing, squeezing, and impact, and maintain sound packing.This product should be stored in dry, ventilated, shady and cool place. For liquid component, environmental temperature needs to retain above 5°C.

2. Storage life in normal transportation and storage condition is one year.
