The unit consists of VM2000 servo metering pump rotor, AB520 flexible bag packaging machine, finished bag conveyor and pipeline valve. Technological process: VM2000 servo metering pump rotor transports the supplies by finished product tank, and weighs the materials by impulse type program, and waits AB520 to complete the process of bag making, filling the products into flexible package. The whole machine is controlled automatically: auto-raise and load material, auto-measure and auto-package. It adopts PLC and is equipped with 100 kinds of different products regular memory function. The weight specification changes with only one button easily. The setting use touch screen has realized the man-machine intercom. It employs rotor pump to offer the material and match the high viscosity medium to fill.

• This quality warranty is only valid in People's Republic Of China. If you need us to serve outside China, you have supply the accommodation and tickets of our stuff.

Repair Guarantee

1.The Party A will install the equipment and train the operators free of charge;

2.The repair guarantee is 12 months;

3.If the product has quality problem in the guarantee period, it will repair free of charge (contains hardware and software). If the trouble is caused by human or natural disaster, the parts used will be charged.

4.Out of the guarantee, we will charge relatively according to some standard. After one week of the repair service, the customer supposes to sign and confirm this service, to finish it.
