Solution 2--Central Management OfficeOperation Flow1.When a temporary user comes to the entry, he pushes the button ”take card” on the Entry Control Equipment and the Automatic Dispenser will give out a card/barcode, he take it and Barrier for Entry will open automatically, then he drives in the parking lot and parks the car.2.When a temporary user wants to leave, he comes to the Central Management Office and gives the card/barcode taken from Entry Control Equipment to the workers in the office, they will calculate the parking fee (besides, users can pay on the Automatic Payment Terminal which installed inside or outside of office, please see details in Solution 3), after finish the payment, they give back the card/barcode to the user who should leaves the parking lot within 15 minutes (time is adjustable), he drives to Exit Control Equipment, insert the card or scan the barcode, then Barrier for Exit will open automatically, the user drives out. Solution 3—Automatic Payment TerminalOperation Flow1.When a temporary user comes to the entry, he pushes the button ”take card” on the Entry Control Equipment and the Automatic Dispenser will give out a card/barcode, he take it and Barrier for Entry will open automatically, then he drives in the parking lot and parks the car.2.When a temporary user wants to leave, he comes to Automatic Payment Terminal and insert the card or scan the barcode taken from Entry Control Equipment, he can use note, coin or credit card to pay, after finish the payment, (if use card Terminal will give back the card), user takes paid card /barcode and goes to the Exit, he should leave the parking lot within 15 minutes (time is adjustable), when he comes to Exit Control Equipment, insert the card or scan the barcode, then Barrier for Exit will open automatically, the user drives out. FAQ

1) Q: Card dispenser can’t give out the card?

A: Firstly cut the power, then energized again to check if it can work; if not, please check the wiring of card dispenser; if the wiring is correct, the dispenser maybe broken, please repair or replace it.

2) Q: No monitoring image showed on management software?

A: Check the camera and video capture card whether work normally or not, then reconnect video port.

3) Q: No record of image contrast?

A: Check the save path of images; if it's not correct, please reset and don't use special or full-width characters.
