Shangqiu Guangqiang Transport Equipment Co.,Ltd (SQGQ) was established in 2006 and engaged in designing and manufacturing the pyrolysis and distillation equipments for many years.

SQGQ has two workshops and two production lines, we can provide the large quantity per month or mass production as the clients requirment, it is around 20sets per month.

SQGQ built the QC team that is specially inspection the equipment quality, we always control the quality in the house, in addition, all the customers can permit the goods shipment after inspection.

The pyrolysis equipment or can say waste management processing system, we adopt the technology that it is cleanly and quietly heats waste tire or plastic in an inert atmosphere.

Take the waste tire as the example:

Waste tire pyrolysis equipment convert the waste tire into products that include various grades of finely milled carbon char, marine grade diesel, and high quality tensile steel.

End products output & usage

We provide a type of high efficiency cooling system, it is sprinkle cooling system with the water cooling tower, which increased the cooling area, and reduced the cooling time, therefore, shortening the production cycle time.

The pyrolysis plant is applied to the belowing feedstock:

1. waste tire

2. waste rubber, like shoes bottom, bike tire, rubber seal, rubber conveyor etc.

3. plastic from our life or from agriculture except for the PVC

4. oil sludge from oil field and it is like a mud

5. other waste solid

Products advantage:

1. Safety, it is the most important during prodution. We had successfully researched some safety devices which ensure the machine can work safely.

a. Safety valve, it is alarming device and the pressure meter etc.

b. Water seal, it can stop the gas fire returning to the pipe and filtrate the oil and gas, which can avoid the accident.

c. Pressure and temp gauges, installed on different spots of the system and let the operator knows the procedure clearly and everywhere.

2. Energy saving

a. We sealed the whole production system, it is closed during production and without any leak, then saving the fuel.

b. Recycling and returning to use the pyro gas efficiently and reducing the cost.

c. Cooling water recyling to use.

3. Zero pollution

a. It is sealed during production, without any leakage to the environment.
