Introduction

Characteristics

Ø Calcium silicate pipe is a new-type white and rigid thermal insulation material, which has characteristics of light weight, high strength, low heat conductivity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, cuttability, sawability, etc.;

Ø Safe service temperature reaches 1000°C, 650°C higher than extra-fine glass wool products, and 500°C higher than expanded perlite;

Ø Low heat conductivity (γ≤ 0.56w/m.k), much lower than other rigid thermal insulation and compound silicate thermal insulation material;

Ø Small volume-weight, the lightest in rigid thermal insulation material: Insulating layer can be thinner, in construction a number of steel supports can be saved, and labor intensity of installation is reduced;

Ø Non-toxic, odorless and non-inflammable, high mechanical strength;

Ø The product is reusable for a long time; service cycle can reach as long as decades with no reduction of technical index;

Applications
