Characteristics:

1. It adopts the ceramic cylinder to transfer the ink.
2.Each printing unit adopts 3600 plate-adjustment.
3.There are three groups of die-cutting stations: With the first and second die-cutting stations, die-cutting roller and anvil roller can be interchangeable. They can do cutting on both correct side and opposite side. They also equip with a waste recycling unit; the third die-cutting station can cut the sheet.
4.Computerized web-guiding system is installed in the front of printing unit. It ensures the material always in the right position.(standard configuration)
5.After cutting the sheets, convey belt of the third die-cutting station can output the products orderly according to the user’s needs.
6.Unwinding and rewinding tension are auto-controlled by magnetic power. Double rewindering can be added to this machine.
7.Freeze screen inspecting system is an optional. It can supervise the printing quality when at high speed.
8.When the machine stops, the ink rollers will be separated from the printing roller, and keep running at low speed, so as to prevent the ink from drying.
9.Main motor adopts imported inverter with stepless speed regulation.
10.The machine can complete the whole process of material-feeding, printing, varnishing, drying, laminating, die-cutting, rewinding and cutting in a lump. It is an ideal machine for printing notes and top-grade adhesive label.
