Technology:

1. Mixing adhesive according to the accurate weight ratio, for example, A:B =3:1 that is 30g A component, 10g B component.

2. After weigh accurately with mixing ratio and stir evenly, then can epoxy.

3. According to customer's specific conditions, we can choose the method of epoxy, such as use the syringe, glue pot and automatic dispenser etc.

1, Anti-foaming and defoaming methods

a) A component and B component need mix evenly, but stir shall not be too severe in case of producing too many bubbles

b) Placed in the vacuum container to defoam.

c) Fire or Zippo can remove the surface bubbles, it is a simple and effective method of defoaming.

Notes:

1. Weigh accurately (weight ratio) and stir evenly what ensure the basis of the quality of Epoxy Resin AB Adhesive.

2. Keep the epoxy product dry and clean, Keep good aeration at working area.

3. When stirring, shall pay attention to mix evenly the around and the bottom of the stirrer when stirring. After mixed, the adhesive will gradually solidify and the viscosity gradually increases;

4. Temperature and mixing amount affect the usage time, so please use a small quantity for trial to master the usage technological in case of losses before a large quantity use.

5. After the use of the opening Epoxy Resin AB Adhesive, should be tightly capped the bottle in time(Chemical products easy to react in the air)

6. Sealed container adhesive placed in the cool dry place; avoid heat and direct sunlight, storage life about 6 months.

7. A few people will produce a mild skin allergy after a long time contact the adhesive, please wearing protective gloves when using. Please wipe with acetone or alcohol if skin contact adhesive, and wash with water. If accidentally splashed into eyes, please seek medical treatment immediately.
