Marine Ship airbags are also known as air balloon, inflatable bags, roller bags, air lifting bags, salvage bags. Standard air bag

size range is 0.8m to 2.0m diameter, with length up to 18.0m 'effective length'. We Company can do any size by

customers' requirements, for example from 0.5m to 5.0m diameter with length even 30m.

Airbags now are used for ship launching, loading, and floating. They are widely used in cargo boat/ship/vessel launching

and landing, lifting and moving sunken ships, and salvaging stranded boats. Air bags have the benefit of not only saving

labor and time, but investment costs. Additionally they are flexible, portable, and dependable.

Products Construction:
Ship Launching / Landing Airbags, basic body are consisted of our rubber layers, synthetic-cord-reinforced

rubber layers, are kind of a cylindrical airbags with hemispherical heads at the both ends. All of these are vulcanized

together, and then compress air inside to enable it to roll.
1. Outer Rubber
The outer rubber layer protects the cord layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile

and tear strength to withstand any weather condition and hard usage. Standard color is black.
2. Synthetic-net-cord layer for reinforcement
The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of Synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires,

are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and to distribute the stress even

providing strong efficient reinforcement.
3. End Fittings
End fittings include air tightness swivel and airbags safety air inlet.
Specifications:
1. The standard specification of airbags.
You can choose the required diameter and effective length to meet your projects.
(1).Diameter (D): from 0.5m to 5.0m.
(2).Effective Length (EL): from 5m to 30m.
(3).Total Length (TL): from 6m to 32m

2. The standard number of layers
The number of layers, which mean the number of Synthetic-tyre-cord layer,

usually, our airbags contain 3,4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10 layers types. Other type is still available upon your request to confirm

the Safety Working Pressure.
