A. Water analysis:

Source water quality: need to be given by clients, normally tap water.

Treated water quality requirements:pure water as per required.

B. Relative parameters:

Capacity: 500L/H.

Recovery rate≥70%- 90%.

Desalting rate>99%.

Power supply: volt & freq depends on clients detail situation, 3-phase 4-wire.

C. Quality outlet:

Outlet ultra pure water can be used for injection / dialysis / medicine making /

battery produce / PV industrial / Photovoltaic Industry etc.

E. General Description

This plant adopts pretreatment + RO system+EDI module to treat water given by client and reach standards as per required.

Both Auto & Semi Auto are used and can be changed accordingly.

F. Main parts Introduction

Source Water Tank

Let source water have a sedimentation before entering the plant.

Regulate water supply to pre-treatment part,

prevent the effects of water insufficient,

effective protect the work of booster pump.

Booster Pump

Provide power for pretreatment & RO system.

For plants working for 12 hour per day or more,

we advise 2 Pumps (1D+1S), improve work efficiency, prolong pump’s working life.

Sand Filter

Different size of quartz sand will be put in the sand filter.

Get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, etc. In the water.

Active Carbon Filter

Remove color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, etc.

Removes 99% of the chlorine and organic chemicals.

Provides enhanced reduction of taste, odor, and color.

Protect and prolong the life of RO membrane.

Water softener

Soft water hardness and make it proper for final use.

Soft resin will make use of UK famous brand

Zhengguang/Purolite to ensure the affects.

PP Filter

Prevent iron, dust, SS matter, impurity into the RO membrane.

Protect and prolong working life of RO system.

High Pressure Pump

Provide power for RO system, equipped with over-heat, protect and pressure controller.

For plants working for 12 hour per day or more,

we advise 2 Pumps (1D+1S), to improve efficiency, prolong pump’s working life.

RO System

Adopts high desalination rate USA world famous DOW membrane.

It removes the following water contaminants that may be present in water:

lead, cooper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium,

cadmium, fluoride, nitrite, nitrate, and selenium.

Note:

To adopt 1 stage RO or 2 stage RO will be decided by

source water quality & treated water quality requirements details.

1st stage high pressure pump

Provide power for the 1st RO membrane normal work,

with high overheat protector, pressure controller. Failure alarm.

1st RO pure water tank---Buffer for entering RO system.

2nd stage high pressure pump

Provide power for the 2nd RO membrane normal work,

with high overheat protector, pressure controller. Failure alarm.

PH adjust system & PH On-line detecting

Adjust the PH value of water and make it proper for final use.

EDI system(Optional, depends)

Fruther purified the water and make it proper for final use.

UV System

Deep clean the treated water and make it live & proper for final use.

Electrical Control System

Use Germany famous brand Schneider etc. electricity control components.

All pipeline & fittings adopted in the whole plant are anti-corrosion material.

Wire and cable will make use of CN famous brand which have goog quality and long service life.
