Quality K2 : Under ISO9001 Quality Management System, Every day Puresock turns thousands of pounds of yarn into housands of pairs of socks by its hundreds of computerized single or double cylinder knitting machine, which have been

All the fibers we use have their own knitting properties and those factors need to be considered when developing our products. Our design process also must consider the type of knitting machine, yarn size and weight,

Quality K3: QC in Each Sub-steps: We have broken the manufacturing process into five major steps (actually there are much more sub-steps). We start with knitting, followed by seaming, wet finish, board pairing, and packaging. Surely there are QC at each steps, and a final QC is still performed after package before delivery. All work aim at ensuring high performance of socks, correct package as per PO, and punctual delivery.
