Principle :

ZIKE industrial photocatalytic air purifier:Exhaust andmalodorous gaswill be pumped by the systemfanto the photocatalysisdevice, and then the floc and dust contained will be intercepted by the pretreatment layer. The Photocatalyticgas splitting intoCO2and H2Ounderthe actionofcompoundphoto-catalyst(TiO2). The cutting-edgenano-compositemetalfoamtechnology is adopted in this device with the features of photocatalystnanomaterials and nickel foam. Because of its uniquethree dimensional network structure,the nickel foamcan be used asan excellentcatalyst support. The effective loadedPhotocatalyticmaterial is a certain amount ofnano-TiO2uniformly carried by the nickelfoamsubstrate. This product has gained the patent and the EU CE certification.

Introduction:
1. Gas guide unit: The gas is evenly guided and diffused into the device by the gas guide unit that ensures the gas to be exposed to the deodorant molecules effectively.

2. Pretreatment unit: Dust contained in the exhaust gas will be intercepted by the pretreatment unit.

3. TiO2reaction layer:The feature of electronic structure of TiO2 is that it contains a full valance band and an empty conduction band.Electrons can be excited from valance band to conduction band and become free electrons when it is illuminated with photon energy larger than its band gap.Holes will be left in valance band and then form electron-hole pairs.Holes in valance band is an effective oxidant and electrons in conduction band is an effective deoxidizer.Generally, holes will act with H2O or OH- irons absorbed on the surface and form active hydroxyl(•OH)with strong oxid-ability while electrons react with O2 on the surface and generate superoxide-anion(•O2-).The superoxide-anion will react with H2O further and generate hydroxyl (•OOH) and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2).

This device can be used to deal withmalodorous gas contained H2S, thiol, thio-ethers,ammonia, amine, etc. The malodorous gas is generated by restaurant-kitchen garbage stations, waste transfer stations, urban refuse disposal yards, Manuretreatment plants, urbansewage treatment plants, sewage pumping stations, sludge incineration , sludge drying, etc.

2. Industry:
This device can be used to deal with the exhaust containedbenzenes, alcohol, ester, ketone, aldehyde, phenols,etc. Theexhaust is generated by rubber factories,tire factories, paper mills, food factories, tobacco factories, printing factories, printing and dyeing mills, spraying plants, asphaltflue, breeding farms, chemical plants, production processes, etc.
