Main Character and Function

1. All the components of the machine are designed under the instruction of the Computer aided design and software of CAD/CAE/CAM to fully guarantee the intensity and rigidity of all the components.2. The whole body under total wielded, thickness and reliable in machine body with high-rigidity and good in shock absorption reduction. 3. The machine structure are composed by body frame, working table, slide block, main cylinder and backgauge.The advantage design and produce style can ensure the machine usage and high precision.The main produce procedure as below(all process under strictly inspection)

4. The machine body, Slide Block, Working table and other main components are under one time clamping of large landing boring and milling machine to ensure several geometric accuracy of the main machine.5. The machine is greatly enhanced in anti-torque and electronic load resistance. Machine can normally work in full loaded situation. Working table, Upright Column, Crossbeam and Ram are good and high in design rigidity. Little deformation between the working table and ram when work to guarantee good straightness and uniformity in angle.

6. The motor and electronic system elements are all composed from Siemens or Schneider7. Dies can be designed under clients’ requirement. The machine will be equipped standard molds the drawing will be sent.And the non-standard molds can be designed if the clients can provide the dies drawing or the workingpieces,we will design. The upper mold can be done in section.8. We use Germany Schneider Stroke Button with high good durable stability, the stroke will be worked stable or be suspending without any sudden down movement which is serious dangerous.9. Oil pump can be used from China chengjie enterprise who is used in China’s Aircraft industry.Or we can use Germany ECKERLER enterprises.10. The seal will be from USA Parker or Japan Valqua company.11. The hydraulic system and valve will be from USA OMG or Germany BOSCH company.12. The security protection equipment: The design always care about the worker security when operation both working or checking stationary. We equipped both side magnetic door to avoid any penetration inside. At the back,we will provide 3 Section close door with the middle door moveable and the power will be off when the door open, power on when the door close. The light curtain is useful components to aware any finger in dangerous position.

Pipes Used.All pipes we used to connect hydraulic system,valve,hydraulic oils etc are all CHINA Top brand pipes.All our pipes are through phosphorization treatment ,and both inside and outside has been anti-rust treatment.

From the photos below you can see that before the pipes has been cutted and equipped into the machine,both ends has closed seal ,and the inside is anti-rust oil.When we need to use this pipes and cut them into section.The pipes has long-term usage lifetime and also they have good endurance for pressure extension.

The Fast Relase Clamp.Our machine has three kind of relased clamp for different client needs.If your up dies needs to be in section,so TYPE 1 AND TYPE 2 are your both good choice.

SIEMENS Motor and SIEMENS Electronic Elemens. The machine's quality based on two main reason one is the worker and engineer design and working another one is by the components quality.So we mostly use SIEMENS Motor or CHINA TOP Brand WEITE Brand for MOTORS.They are both CE Certificated.For Electronic Elemens,we use only SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER Made in CHINA.

If the machine is not Electronic-Hydraulic synchronization,we use Shanghai Chengjie Gear Pump and USA OMG Hydraulic System.

If the Machine is Electtronic-Hydraulic Synchronization,we use BOSCH REXROTH hydralic system and Germany ECKERLER Gear Pump.And Our large capability is to make 8 AXIS +1 CNC Press brake.

Section Up dies.If the clients needs fraction for the up dies,we will design according to the clients needs.And all our dies are under high quality.

The cylinder under chromate treatment.This treatment will protect the cylinder in good smooth and longterm usage.Not all supplier has this procedure and this will enhance the cost.All our machine has under such treatment.
