Accessory pouch made of MG glue coated paper & MG PE Coated Paper. Pouch has been widely used for surgical glove, medical consumables, disposables,etc. MG paper makes sure air permeablity for EO gas which kills bacterias effectively.

Raw Material Processing

Before pouches to be made, raw paper will be printed with Indicators Colors and customer's information such as logo, use instructions, etc for products.

Pouch Making Processing

After printed, paper sterilization pouch will be loaded on pouch making machine to make pouches. It will be sealed under suitable tempreture and pressure to make sure pouch is easy to peel and adhesive enough to gurantee strength.

After poches are made, last process is picking the unqualified products out and packed qualified prodcuts in PE bags, then packed in carton which printed. Then these cartons will be packed again for delivery.

3.How Long for Delivery?

Generally 10 days for raw materials to be ready, 5-10 days for production and delivery to port ( Shanghai, Ningbo ), totally 20 days. If customer in ergent need, 15 days will be ok in condition that raw materials are ready.
