HJ glass wool case series products made by special moulds and used for pt mass, as well as thermal insulation materials of large pipe and container. They are characterized in light mass, impact resistance, large range of working temperature as well as convenient and rapid mounting, etc. Such products can be coasted with corresponding finish or outer protective layer materials according to purpose, application environment and technical requirement.

Corrosion resistance

HJ glass wool pipe case series products tend to weak alkali. PH of glass wool is 7.5~8,0; therefore , it will not cause rust and corrosion of steel structures. In order to maintain their original state, it should prevent exterior pollution and staining. HJ glass wool pipe case series products are free of any chemical reaction.

Anti-moisture

After exposing for four days under a temperature of 50 , a relative humidity of 95% and normal pressure, hygroscopicity of HJ glass wool pipe case series products is below 0.2%. If products are damped, their thermal insulation can be completely recovered after drying. It should try best to keep the products dry and prevent entry of moisture and water.

Suond absorption

HJ glass wool pipe has prominent sound elimination performance, and can effectively eliminate and control noise of pipe systems.

Fire resistance

Incombustibility of HJ glass wool (Grade A) is qualified upon inspection and determination of National Quality Supervision and Examination Center of Fire Proof Building Material according to national standards GB 5464-1999 and GB 8824-1997
