Characteristics:

It is mainly used for classifying the mineral particle in the mineral slurry according to its granularity in metal mineral flow process and it is also for deslurrying process and dewatering process in mineral washing process.The machine mainly consists of driving device, spiral body, tank, lifting mechanism, lower seat (bearing) and discharge valve.This machine has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable work,convenient operation etc. .

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

This equipment is designed according to the principle that the settling speed of the particle with different granularity and different specific gravity is different inside the liquid, the fine mineral particle shall suspend in the water and overflow out, however, the coarse mineral particle shall settle to the bottom of the tank and shall be discharged out after it is pushed to the upper part of the classifier by the spiral unit, so this classifier classify the particle in mechanical mode. Can filter the powder out of the mill grinding, and then screw in the coarse material by spiral vane rotary to mill feed inlet, the fine filter out from the overflow pipe. .
