A: We are a geniune manufacturer for solar products, and also we have our own mold/tooling factory, which is our mother factory.

Q: Where is your factory based?

A: We are in Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, we are originally registered in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, and now we have moved to Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, working together with our mother company.

Q: What can we do when the battery passes its lifespan?

A: The battery can be easily replaced with new one after its lifespan, there will be a guidance book of maintenance for you, if you want to repair/replace the battery.
