1.Power rectifier system introduction :

AC DC rectifier system is consisted by one rectifier module or multiple rectifier modules and monitormodules. The power of rectifier systems can be different by different quantity rectifier modules.

This rectifier system converters high voltage AC to DC24V or DC48V use for special DC equipment

load. High efficiency>96%.

Remark:Some rectifier system need rectifier modules,monitor and distribution;some system only need

rectifier modules.ACDC rectifier system can supply DC power for DC load and charging for battery at

the same time.

2.Product Features:

1. Circuit of the Rectifier modules have two parts,one is PFC adjust; the other is DC/DC transformation.All

technically m ake the wide input voltage range (85V-290V).

2. High efficiency.rectifier modules used soft switch technology,while load rate10% then efficiency can be

91%,50% load rate the efficiency can be above 96%

3. With step less current limiter technology,output current is continuously adjustable.

4. Adopted step less temperature control speed,it can reduce power consumption and prolong the life of the fan.

5. Sharing Load, Equalized-current imbalance ≤ 3%

5.Monitoring module:

monitoring module monitors the working status of each rectifier module,has functions of collecting,displaying and setting the operation parameters of the system.it can also communicate with an external computer and form a loacl or remote centralized monitoring system.

6.Distribution unit:

•shunt load with short-circuit and overcurrent protection,shunt capacity can be adjusted according to user requirement.

•battery input should connect with an external fuse protector.

•power off auto/manual,load off on/off control switch,etc.

•battery current, the total load current can be detected

•al dc outputs have fault detection function

•LVDS2 function to protect load and battery

•capacity of MCB in each channel is 50A

7.48V or 24V rectifier module:

•when load rate is 10%,efficiency can reach 91%;when load rate is 50%,efficiency can reach above 96%.
