XIAMEN MANDALA FASHION CO.,LTD was set up in 2009 and registered in 2013, as an experienced jackets and sportswear manufacturer in Xiamen,Fujian. Our factory is located in Jinjiang, the famous jackets production town in China. It taks 1.5H by air from Guangzhou or Hongkong to our site, it is located in opposite of Taiwan province.

While through effective team work system, we manufacture the highest quality of products with technical support and years of experience.

The brand MANDALA was founded in 2009. Our main products are jackets for Men's, Lady's, Boy's and Girls. And sports wear like bicycle short and T-shirt in four needle-six line flat stitching, breathable running wear, functional mountain jacket and rain coat. We have a long business cooperation ship with customers from Finland, Holland, France, Russia, Turkey, Brazil and South Africa.

By working with experienced sewing factories in China. We either accept designs from customers or provide our designs effectively for the productions. We purchase and control the fabric and accessories quality. We following strictly quality control from on-line production to final finishing quality control. Fabric and trims test report such as AZO free, color fastness, rub fastness will applied randomly when the materials are purchased and send to customers free of charge. Size set sample or pre-production sample or bulk production sample will also be randomly tested in after 1 and 3 times of machine washing according washing instructions and send to customers free of charge. You can also inform us ahead when you have this requirement.

When order is confirmed, we will provide an order following chart from pre-production, on-line production to off-line production report with precise texts and graphics, which will ensure you the real status of the products. Part 10: Contracts and claims

1.Deposit should be paid within 3 days after contract is signed. L/C at sight should be opened within 3 days after PI was send.Other wise delivery time was be postponed accordingly.

2. All items should be confirmed within two days when parcel is arriving buyer office

3.Customer will arrange inspection or third party-company of inspection before shipping. Supplier need to ensure bulk is 100% packed. Unless first time inspeciton was failed due to non full packing. Supplier will pay the second inspection fees.

4.70% Balance need to be paid within 30days and before cargo is arriving destination port, otherwise the shipper has the right to change the consignee.

5.In case bulk is in poor quality that can not sell,such as fabric broken, button off, or inside padding coming through out the jacket or garment,supplier will pay the full contracted FOB price to buyer, a third party report or real broken garment pictures showed be showed before claims.

Q: How to set an order to Mandala Fashion

A: Before setting an order, customer have to send us the style for quotation and sampling to confirm the quality, either you can choose from the style we provide each season; after quality and price is confirmed, then sign the contract with delivery time and payment terms.
Q:What is the Month to set an order
A: For South Earth country like Brazil and South Africa : Autumn-Winter order should be set before November, and shipment from China is on December, Spring-Summer order should be set before March, and shipment from China is on June.
For North Earth country like Russia,Turkey,Poland,CZ Republic:
Autumn-Winter should be set before March,and shipment from China is on July, Spring-Summer order should be set before September, and shipment from China is on December.Normally in china we have one month of holidy in Spring Festival Season. so it is better to ship before December, otherwise it is very risk to ship on Jan and Feb.
Q: How we control the order: after order setted.

A:We will order the fabric and trims according schedule, all material will be confirmed to ensure the quality. During the material purchasing time SSS samples will be made acording customer requirement. After all material is arriving, we will make test on them, and make pp sample for customer to check the quality. After pp sample is confirmed then production will be processed. we will send order following timetable and quality pre-production, on-line production, and offline production report to customer. When bulk finished, we will make a final inspection, either customer can come for inspection or ask third party inspection company for inspection.

Q:How we deal the problem if bulk quality is not like pp sample
A: Products with problems will be evaluated and analyzed if can be solved. If problems can not be avoid and will influence the selling, a discount will be evaluated and applied. If bulk is totally unsellable,a full contracted price will be refunded.
Q:What is our payment method

A:We accept 30% deposit, 70% before shipping; we accept L/C at sight
