◊. Aluminium composite panel price material

1) Upper side: aluminium alloy coated with PVDF resin

PVDF coating--- good weather resistance,it can last for 15-20 years

PE coating --- also good,but it can last for 8-10 years

according to your own requirement choose the suitable one for you.
2) Core:non-toxic &l ow-density polyethylene(LDPE) plastic.

core material grades:

Regular common plastic

when you bent it,the panel can break in both directions

one side unbroken plastic

this type is a little better than regular one,the horizon direction is unbroken when bending

unbroken plastic

flexibility is the best,both directions are unbroken when you bent it

fireproof maerial

the fireproof grade can reach B1 level (International Standard)

3) Bottom side: aluminium alloy sheet coated with primer / mill finish.
