FAQ

How to install the panels?

We can offer installation guidance to you. These panels are designed with tongue and groove jointing systems for easy assembly. They are simple to work with and fix, easy to decorate, resistant to the effects of moisture and will not rot or decay.

1. Set the lines and carry the panels in position;

2. Use hand-hold electric saw to cut the panels into the needed sizes;

3. Spread cement mortar on the tongue and groove sides.

4. Install the prepared panels, correct the panels by gavelock to make the joints combine tightly.

5. Use a two meter long or longer guilding rule to check if the panels were installed vertically and horizontally, correct the panels positions, then use Dia 6mm or Dia 8mm ribbed rebar and the construction adhesive to secure the panels.

6. Wait till the cement mortar is dry, then stick anti-craking glass-cloth with emulsoid on all seamings.

7. Set lines on the places you need to set wire and switch boxes, cut groove by hand-hold electric saw, install electrical wires and switches, cover the groove with polymer mortar after installation and use anti-craking glass-cloth.

8. The calcium silicate face panel has smooth surface, you can brush the panels or stick wall paper/ ceramic tiles directly without plastering.
