Truth-Chem can supply the photoluminescent pigment to use in injection mould industry, with the best character such as soft pigment, fast light-absorption, low level granularity, and high level brightness, we can resolve the problem that the pigments become nigrescence during the procesee of injection basically.

On the other hand, to avoid the nigrescent problem of pigment during injection, Truth-Chem would give customers more suggestion as below:

For the photoluminescent pigment, the customers should choose the soft and low-level granularity one.

For the machine, the customers should choose old and short screw (0.8 m was preferred) one.

Manual re-mix the pigments preferred, avoid to use the machine.

During the injection mould, try the best to lower the temperature and pressure.

Final add percentage of the pigments during the injection mould usually were 3%-20%, customers can use the difference percentage base on the luminous level and cost, but suggest the percentage not more than 10%.

If nigrescence still exist, we suggest to choose Juliang master batch such as ABS, PP, PS, PC, HDPE.
