Finished glass process technology introduce:

Base on the difference of glass material, logo technology classified screen printing, decal printing, manual golden paint, engraving, eco-friendly color paint, manual paint electroplating and frosted ect.

1. Screen printing: one or two color print, logo is simple, make type and put some ink to print. Usually use on some simple logo and text.2. Decal printing: 1 color ,more than 2 colors, full color print can use it. But not gradient colors. The result of decal printing is 95% same as images.3. The manual golden paint: color material is 24k real gold water, can keep the result of real golden for long time. This technology use in high-end products process.4. Manual engraving: the clients offer the design image. Turning the abrasion wheel to engrave design on glass surface.5. Eco-friendly Color painting: various colors for choice, usually paint on bottom or outer of fruit plate and decoration glass.6. Electroplating: this process is on surface of crafts, colors base on golden, silver, red, yellow, blue, green.7. Manual paint: complicate or simple design can use this process, it takes a long time per design. Usually use in fruit plate and decorative glass.8. Frosted: it classified into emery sand blast, liquid sulfuric acid soak frost, products’ mold frost.

Usage directions:

1. Please use patch and warm water to clean glassware before use glassware first time.2. If glass use a long time and some dust in it. Just pour a few disinfectant into glass for a few minutes and put some water to clean it. Or use some toothpaste to clean it.3. Please use mild neutral detergent, not bleach, wire ball to wipe the cup, in order to avoid damage to the product.

Notice:

1. please prevent glassware crash with hard objects from damage commodity.2. When poured into water, the water level is not too full, so as to avoid water overflow, causing burns.3. Products should not exceed 70 degrees difference in temperature, the temperature difference too large product may cause split.4. If the glass is cracked or other damaged, don’t use it.
