1. for the braking surface of our tubular rims, we are using basalt carbon fiber to increase the braking performance and meanwhile, it’s also an anti-high temperature material, which could bear as high as 200 degree temperature
2. for the braking area of our clincher rims, we are using a special carbon weaving process, called 3D automatic weaving. This way could make sure the carbon fiber in the braking area of our clincher is without inner-bending.
3. for the main body of the rim, we are using compressive resist carbon fiber and resin, so even though our rims are hollow inside, still stiff enough to bear high pressure
4. for the inner rims, where the spoke holes are drilled, we are using tension carbon fiber and resin, which makes our rims could bear about 350kg tension when you pull the spokes.
5. Excluding the strength mentioned above, the mould for our rims is also special. It’s called tri-mould process. This way makes our rims are very excellent in the roundness and vertical alignment tolerance\

This is the core of the carbon fiber technology.
