Shenzhen JOABOA Technology Co.,Ltd is a systematic supplier specialized in manufacturing functional building materials and undertaking decoration& insulation and waterproofing projects, with six subsidiaries, namely, Shenzhen Waterproofing Materials Factory, Beijing JOABOA Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou JOABOA Technology Co., Ltd., Wuhan JOABOA Technology Co., Ltd., and Chengdu JOABOA Technology Co., Ltd. The Company has been staffed with 590 executives and production workers, 8,000 marketing, engineering and construction employees.

1. Group-wide purchasing for the following materials from CNPC( China National Petroleum Corporation), CNOOC(China National Offshore Oil Corporation), and Shell : Bitumen, SBS materials, rubber oil, SBRS, Polyether, PY, PE Isolation membrane, PET silicone oil membrane, etc.

2. For the purchasing of other materials, we only buy them from those top suppliers in China or the world, and our Material, Quality, and Sourcing groups will work together to ensure and maintain the high level of the quality of those raw materials(e.g., our ClF membrane imported from one of the three largest CLF manufacturers, Velorna from USA, this year we are going to cooperate with IPG as well).

High Productivity

1. Shenzhen JOABOA Waterproofing Material Factory was established in June 1999, which covers an area of 30,000 square meters, is the first production base of JOABOA technology. The annual output of 1 meter and 2 meters width membrane production line is 10 million square meters. The annual output of single component and double components PU is 8,000~15,000ton. The annual output water based coating is more than 8,000tons.

2. Beijing JOABOA Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2003, which is located at NO.1 Fengchan Road, Jigezhuang Village, Huoxian Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing, and covers an area of 66,690 square meters, is the second production base of JOABOA Technology. The annual output of various specifications of matirx and none matrix self-adhesive membrane is 10 million square meters.

3. Suzhou JOABOA Technology Co., Ltd. is an investment industrial enterprise in Wujiang, Suzhou by JOABOA technology, which established in 26th November, 2007, covers an area of more than 50 acres. The annual output of TPO and PVC is 10 million square meters.

4. Wuhan JOABOA Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2007, which is located Yangluo economic development zone, Wuhan, covers an area of 50,000 square meters. The single and double component polyurethane waterproofing coating with 15,000 tons per year annual output. The other is water based coating production line with 5,000 tons per year annual output.

5. Chengdu JOABOA New Building Material Co., Ltd. registered on 20th July, 2010. for industrial and commercial administration, belonging to Shenzhen JOABOA Technology Co., Ltd. a wholly-owned subsidiary, which covers 33,307.8 square meters. The annual output of “BONDSURE” ”PET” wet-application special polyester composite waterproofing membrane is 7.5 million square meters. The annual output of “BONDSURE” ”BAC” wet-application composite double-sided self-adhesive rubber bitumen waterproofing membrane is 7.5 million square meters.

6. Hubei JOABOA Building Energy Conservation Technology Co., Ltd. was established in March 2010, which the main scope of business is: the research, production, design, sales, construction and after-sales service of integration of outer wall, inner wall, and roofing decorative insulation systems product—“JOABOA Panel”.

Hubei JOABOA bring in Italy imported production equipment JF100B polyurethane compound board continuous production line. The device can reach 2 million square meters of polyurethane composite board for annual output.
