Sulfonated asphalt powder FT-1 is a kind of high quality powdery asphalt agent which is combined of natural asphalt and compound surfactant,the content of asphalt is higher than sulfonated pitch and cationic emulsified asphalt, this product has good quality of blocking.

Has good effect of water dispersion, no coalescence,no flotage;

Has good quality of shale inhibition,asphalt insolubles in drilling fluid can adsorb onto the shale, and form thin , tenacity and small permeability hydrophobic oil film, seal the formation pore and microfracture.,to eliminate filter loss that intrude into stratum layer,while ationic groupshave good inhibiting effect,.This product can inhibit shale hydration expansion effectively,prevent desquamation and collapse of shale ,and stabilize wall of well.

Has good quality of sealing, can be used with other plugging agent to improve the sealing effect.

Has good quality of protecting hydrocarbon reservoir.

It doesn’t increase viscosity, the better in high density drilling completion fluid.

Good thermal stability(>220°C),can be used into high density drilling completion fluid.

Has good salt tolerance and resistance to Ca, can be used into fresh water,salt water,seawater and saline water drill in fluid.

Good compatibility with other treating agent,can be directly added into drilling completion fluid,the dosage is 1%-3%.

Storage and package:

Triad bag enclosed with film bag,25kg/bag;stored in cool,dry, ventilated place.
