Faulty Goods
We are dedicated to ensure each garment is of highest quality before it leaves our factory. All items once being sold are not accepted to return. Should any garment be found with a fault, send an email to us within 2 days of receiving your kit and attach photographs as well. Replacement will be made if a fault was found with the product.

Delivery
We strive to have your kit in your hand as soon as possible. Normally it may cost 20 days to finish an order after advance payment is confirmed to be received. Any urgent kit needed shall be discussed beforehand and we will try to meet your deadline as much as possible.

1. Where do you locate? Is it convenient to deliver kit to overseas?
We locate in the city of Dongguan in China which is famous for its manufacturing industries. We have developed a good
relationship with shipping corporation as well as courier companies such as DHL. So it is not a problem for us.

2. What exactly do you do?
We have our own garment factory and focus on sportswear. We serve as an OEM manufacturer. You design, we manufacture. We could also provide professional suggestions and best solutions to your requirements.

3. Why could we trust you as a quality supplier?
We can promise any replacement made if any product was found with a fault.

4 .Can we do embroidery or printing logos on garment?
Positive.

5. What is your MOQ?
There is basically no MOQ as we accept bespoke teamwear.

6. What is your sample plan?
Basically it takes One Week to finish a sample, on the occasion of having fabric and all accessories in stock.

7. How much do you charge for sampling?
USD 50 per style. But do not worry; it can be refund if bulk order is made.

8. What is your leadtime?

1. Garment manufacturing is the only thing that our core organizers have been doing for the past years. The Founder Andy Lee has nearly ten years of experience in the heat transfer printing i.e. sublimation. He has good command of ink and the machine as well. Apart from it, he is also good at patterns drawing. As for manufacturing itself, the sewing supervisor has been involved for more than two decades. He is like dedicating his whole life in the business.

2. We have easy approach to fabric suppliers and accessories venders, which can largely lower the cost for customers. Dongguan is famous for its remarkable manufacturing development in recent years all over China. Chashan, one of its administered cities, owns a large fabric and accessories purchase center in the district of Shangyuan, which also helps shortening the purchase time circle.

3. Garments are manufactured by ourselves so that it is easy to meet customer's need and control quality. What's more important, our sales executive can make rapid response to customer as they get easy approach to Internet even when they are behind the scene.

4. We worship quality. We are dedicated to ensure each garment is of quality before it leaves our factory. Should any garment be found with a fault, replacement will be made immediately.
