GH948 Degreasing Agent

The degreasing agent is a special material used in leather-making industry for removing fat, with non-ionic or complex surfactants as its main component. Its functions include penetrating, dispersing, emulsifying, wetting and cleaning etc. It has strong power of removing grease with characters of fast speed, low bubble, hard water resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance. After degreasing, the leather is soft, somewhat elastic and applicable to mechanical depilation, with clear pores on flesh surface while no handle of fatness. The effect of removing the fat around hair root and among collagen is better than that of pure alkali method, with cost reduced by 50%. Moreover, it has protective effect on leather fiber structure.

Dosage: 0.8~1.2% of salted pigskin

Liquid scale: Water : leather = 1.5 : 1 (weight)

Time: 2 hours (Prolonging treating time benefits epilation.)

Package and storage:

Package: 200 or 125 kg plastic drum

Storage: NO insolation or freezing, store at 5-35°C indoor, with a shelf-life of half a year since package date
