1) Samples:

Sample production takes 12 days, we charge tooling cost USD20-50 per

design, 1 or 2 samples per design. Tooling cost will be refunded when order is confirmed

2) Order Tracking:

Once you placed order with us, one of our stuff will track your order, let you know the newest process until you have received it. Your request will be replied within 24 hours.

3)Custom-made item:

Custom made items are most welcome. Counter samples charge is US$30-100 which will be refunded after order confirmed

PAYMENT TERMS:30% of order amount as deposit must be sent to our bank account by T/T before production and the balance of 70% amount must be sent by T/T to our bank account before delivery.
