Was established in year 2008 with registered capital of 22 million RMB, covering land 200 mu, located on east of Chenfeng RD, Economical area of Shangqiu city, Henan province. Brief describtion of process

Pre-treatment system:

All garbage will be stored in garbage storage room,being seperated according to different material.

Auto-feeding system:

Full inclosed loading ,using electric grab puting garbage into the incinerator.

Heating and incinerating system:

Full inclosed burning reactor.For fuel,you can use coal,wood or gas and diesel would be the auxiliary fuel

Waste heat using system:

All gas with very high temperature will go into this stove,you can use the heat as shower but the most profitable and promising way is to do the power generation,as you thought,this project is a steam electric power project.

Steam electric power system:

Water gas from the reactor with very high pressure which can drive the turbo-dynamo thus to produce electricity,the outing volt could be 400v and can through booster engine reach the country volt standard.

Cooling system:

Hot gas will be cooled rapidly by a kind of liquid spray which is mixture of three element.

Discharging system:

Newly bag-type discharging,gas after cooled down will go into bag being purified and let out through chimney.
