Weishi GH-S120T penetrating dryer is applicable to the predrying, breaking and complete drying of various linens such as the towel, blended fabric, microfiber textile and special article. The heat energy circulation system equipped with special structural design of air duct can guarantee drying in addition to energy efficiency. It only takes 23mins to dry 100kg towels, and the vapour consumption is 30% lower than that of the similar products.

1.PLC control and simple operation

99 sets of different automatic drying procedures may be set for the PLC intelligent full-auto control; the controller of LCD touch screen may be independently set; the teletext display terminal may simultaneously control 1~8 dryer(s); thus, it is convenient for operation.

2. Rapid drying and high-efficient energy efficiency

The customized heat exchanger is adopted to adapt to the heat transfer demand of high vapour pressure and large loading rate. It may enter into the drum in radial and axial directions through different channels of air duct and conduct sufficient heat exchange with the heated fabric. Thus, the heat transfer efficiency is high.
The heat energy circulation system equipped with special structural design of air duct has a better energy efficiency effect and drying efficiency when drying fabrics are under the same condition.

The computer-controlled-flashboard can adjust the circulatory air volume, accurately control the drying temperature and realize the high-efficient utilization of air flow.
The self-cooling process is controlled by the drying procedure to make the fresh air used for cooling bypass the heat exchanger; thus the heat loss of heat exchanger can be reduced as possible, and the fresh air may be introduced to the drum through bypass and exchanged with the hot air so as to reduce heat energy consumption.
The feeding and discharging efficiency is high, the opening angle of discharge door is large, and the tilt rack may unload the dried fabric rapidly. Thus, the auxiliary time is significantly reduced.

3 Reliable operation and convenient maintenance

The inner drum made of high-quality stainless steel is in segmented design and may be dismantled, replaced and cleaned.
All axial bearings of inner drum are installed in heat insulated environment to gain durable service life.
The motor of frequency conversion control can bring high wear-proof conveying power for friction wheel; it is firm in structure, durable in use and easy for maintenance.
The fan impeller is provided with high-speed dynamic balance, smooth operation, small vibration and low noise.
Automatic batting separation system may be connected with the adopted safety device to realize intelligent cleaning and reduce labour intensity.
