working principle

(1) The materials from the storage bin go through connecting segment, and then fall down on the rubber belt. The rubber belt with materials is drived by driving roller directly towards to outlet. The running rubber belt discharges the materials in the outlet and then turn back to the origin. The materials can be discharged continuously, lastly this finished all of feeding course.

(2) The mode of speed regulation for the feeder machine adopts stepless speed regulation, and adjust the speed according to feeding amount.

Product features

1. The rubber belt is adopted fire-retardant steel core belt net structure. Its advantages are strong tensile, impact resistance, tear resistance, friction resistance, long service life, and so on.

2. The transmission device is simple and particle, high safety, convenient repair and replacement; Adopting manual stepless speed or variable speed, feeding amount can be adjusted continuously; Smooth running, low noise, large feeding amount, suitable for variable blending operations.

3. Bulkhead gate is manufactured by 20mm steel plate, high strength, anti smashing, flexible opening.

4. The gathering sill and hopper are manufactured from 16mm 16Mn steel plate, the overall structure is high strength, and the machine is more durable.

5. Small driving power, good energy saving effect, low operation cost, economic and environmental protection.
