Tonlink design process:

1. User and design documentation. Design requirement for size, power, timing characteristic, user interface, test solution, and budget. Prepare design specifications document. Optional industrial design specifications.

2. Component selection, price estimate and update design requirements document if necessary.

3. Schematic and PCB layout design. Mechanical enclosure design and thermal analysis. Generating bill of materials and component purchasing. Prototype PCB manufacturing and assembly. Optional enclosure prototyping and assembly.

4. Board testing and characterization. Test firmware and software development. User and design documentation. Design review with customer.

5. Product pre-scan and regulatory certification (UL, FCC, CE...)

6. Transition to production. Manufacturing programming and test specification document. Quotation request from reputable local PCB assembly service. Production and quality control sourcing.
