INTRODUCTION OF PVB FILM

PVB interlayer film produced by our company is a polymer material made from polymer material and plasticizer through plasticization,formed by pressuring with otheradditives. Characterized by transparency,resistance to heat,to cold and to humidity, and high mechanical strength,it is particularly suitable to be used as bonding materials of inorganic glass, for laminated saftey glass production.

Safety glass is a kind of special glass made of two or more pieces of glass with a PVB interlayer film between each two pieces through composition under high temperature and high pressure.The laminated glass has special properties such as anti-penetration , sound insulation, thermal insulation, resistance to ultraviolet and to high and cold temperature. Besides, the reflective coefficient of the PVB inerlayer film is very close to that of the glass itself ,so the laminated glass may remain the same pureness and transparency as ordinary glass.
