1 The whole production line is composed of vacuum dough mixer, aging machine, primary rolling

sheeters, secondary rolling sheeters and automatic noodle forming and cutting device.

2 The set of machinary is equipped with PLC control and frequency converter for speed control.

3 The primary rolling sheeter is equipped with automatic dough sheet rolling device and the

secondary rolling sheeter with stepless variable-speed drive cutte, which can set the noodle

length freely instead of measuring the weight.

4 The unit has been developed for producing kinds of high-standard fresh noodles.
