Technical description:

Pre-filter disposed in front HEPA applied to remove particulate matter larger diameter, extending the life of HEPA.

HEPA filters remove at most 99.97% of 0.3-micrometer particles, and are usually more effective for particles which are larger. HEPA filters do not generate ozone or harmful byproducts.

Activated carbon is a porous material that can adsorb volatile chemicals on a molecular basis, but does not remove larger particles. Activated carbon is merely a process of changing contaminants from a gaseous phase to a solid phase.

Cold catalyst filter, also known as the natural catalyst, can play a catalytic reaction under normal temperature conditions, to decompose offensive odors, with excellent efficiency, especially to decompose formaldehyde, ethanethiol and etc. up to 99%.

Ionizer purifiers use charged electrical surfaces or needles to generate electrically charged air or gas ions. These ions attach to airborne particles which are then electrostatically attracted to a charged collector plate. This mechanism produces trace amounts of ozone and other oxidants as by-products.

When should I replace the filter?

HEPA Filters can often be used continuously for more than six months, the actual life depends on the actual air quality levels. If the product has a slight surface dirt, you can remove gently using a brush, When the HEPA filter is darker, we advice you need to replace the HEPA filters.
