6CT series engines are produced by our own factory, with technology from Germany, Cummins, FEV and Yuchai companies. They are all in original Cummins parts. There, our factory has been in this field of producing diesel engiens for more than 10 years, and strict according with ISO9001 system standard.

HD 6CT Cummins Diesel Engines' Features:

1. Originated from the Uniter States advanced design and sophisticated manufacturing, small volume, low failure rate, good dynamic performance, high strength, the heavy load work capcity.

2. Cylinder block, cylinder head with integrted design, to prevent the engine leaking oil leakage occured, about 40% fewer parts than other similar products, the failure rate is greatly reduced.

3. Forged steel camshaft and crankshaft, high-strength cylinder design, stiffness, high pressure capability, good reliability, long service life.

4. The cylinder liner platform textured honinhg design, and new pistion ring components and advanced techniques, such as curling molded gasket, effectively prevent oil loss.

5. Low fuel consumption, fuel-efficient than the equivalent power of the engine by about 3-5%.
