You should plug the array cable into the front of the machine, and the power cable into the back of the machine.

5: i yet got the ionic cleanse but it do not work . E is always 0.0 what happen?

Yes add salt, the instructions should tell you that and make sure you have the wrist strap on and plugged in. I have a different version but without those two you won't get reading.
