Product Features:

1. Shock absorber

4 central shock absorbers are used for holding the cylinder, hydraulic damper in certain arrangement at the bottom of machine is used for supporting the cylinder, and maintain it in semi-floating state, which can play a effective role of shock absorption.

2. Front door locking device

With safety interlock structure, It can effectively protect the safety of operator. Front door is locked when the machine is in operation, It can be opened after the water in cylinder are drained and the machine is in downtime and stop key is pressed. In case of power outage and cylinder is unable to exit, push the piston rod of cylinder with a screwdriver, problem will be solved.

3. Water level control pipe

A white nylon pipe in the rear of machine, it can control the water level relying on the conduction and disconnection of electrode.

4. Soap tank

Soap tank is located on the upper right side of machine. The washing detergent is prepared depending on the washings volume, then drained into soap tank, finally washed into the washing cylinder under the flushing water of soap pipeline.

5. Control box

Located on upper back of machine, It has a built-in frequency converter, all parameters have been set before delivery, Non-professionals are not allowed to change.
