Product Composition

Surface material PP Plastic with smooth or embossed surface.

PP Plastic is a thermoplastic polymer ((C3H6)n) used in a wide variety of construction environment to provide greater strength & a high level resistance to heat,water,abrision and chemicals.

Inner layer Made from top quality Poplar.

A few layers of poplar are hot pressed and glued together under heat and pressure to estabish a stong core.The top and bottom surfaces are sanded to provide an extremely smooth finish.

Glue WBP Phenolic,which has been tested with a 72 hour immersion in boiling water without any delamination.This glue makes the sheet both stronger and more waterproof.

Installation

and one embossed side.The smooth side will face the concrete while the embossed

side will face the scaffolding and provide better support.

Dismantling

follow the recommended procedure for dismantling the pp plywood sheet to avoid

using unnecessary force and damaging the board.

Cleaning

Simply clean the sheet with water. It will not stick to the cement.
