Q1. How Much Hair Do I Need?

A : When you order, for example, 18-20" hair, you will receive hair bundles that are 18", 19", or 20". We suggest you make sure you order from the correct length range, so you are not disappointed. For average head size, here is my suggestion: 12"-14": 3 bundles 16"-22": 3 bundles 24"-28": 4 bundles or more

Q2. What Does 'Wavy/Curly' Mean? (PATTERN PREFERENCE)

A :Great Question! This means that there is a wide range of patterns in this category. Patterns range from very, very soft wave, medium wave, wavy with a ringlet curl on the ends, to a loose curl. YOU MAY REQUEST A CERTAIN PATTERN; BUT EVERY SHIPMENT IS RAW HAIR AND THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING WAVE PATTERNS. Please be prepared to receive any of these patterns in your wavy/curly order.

Q3. What about frizz?

A:Every grade except for the Satin Soft grade will have some level of frizz to it. As you go higher on the coarseness level, the frizz usually increases. But, this is raw hair, so there will be some level of frizz to the hair. This can be helped by finding the product combination that give your bundles the look you desire. We do not recommend oils to control frizz; as oils can weigh the hair down and make it look stringy.

Q4. How long does it last?

A : How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 1 year.

Q5: Can they be straightened, curled?

A: Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the Brazilian virgin human hair . However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.
