For our inspection service, we can provide Initial Production Inspection, During Production Inspection, Pre-shipment Inspection and Loading Supervision. Depending on your requirement, you may choose a whole set of our inspection services or either one of these inspection services. For each kind of inspection service, we charge base on man-day rate (one inspector works one day--8 hours), plus travel cost and/or hotel cost if needed. The number of man-day needed depends on the product complexity, shipment quantity, inspection location and specification requirements. Total inspection fee = man-day rate*needed man-days + traveling expenses + hotel fee

The pre-shipment Inspection procedure for general products is as follows, pls kindly inform us your product detailed information, we will be glad to send the product checking procedure specially for your product.

The pre-shipment Inspection takes place when the merchandise is 100% completed, and at least 80% of the products are packed, marked. Our inspectors randomly draw some samples from finished goods, based on statistical random sampling technique, commonly known as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, DIN 40080, ISO2859 or NFX06-022, to verify that the finished shipping lots conform to the client’s specification, order, L/C, reference samples, etc.

Our Sampling plan: Normal Single Sampling Plan, General Inspection Level II

AQL: Not allowed / 2.5 / 4.0 for Critical / Major / Minor.

The main aspects checked for PSI:

--- Quantity check (to make sure if the shipped quantity meet with the ordered quantity)

--- Appearance check: size, color, shape, to check if there is appearance defect such as dirt,

scratches, burr, etc

--- Style, color & material check, check by comparing with submitted sample/purchase order etc.

--- Workmanship check

--- Function/safety check

--- Size measurement if needed

--- Package details check: shipping marks, label, hangtag, manner of packing, packing qty, safety

of packing, etc

--- Related on-site test: it depends on the product to decide which on-site tests will be applied, such as size checking, function checking, drop test, etc.
