Brief introduction

WNS automatic horizontal gas fired fire tube hot water boiler is the horizontal triple-pass fire-tube boiler. It mainly consists of boiler shell, tank, diversion smoke chamber and fire tubes. This boiler can use light oil, heavy oil, natural gas, liquefied gas and urban coal gas as its fuel.

Advantages and features of the boiler:

1. The wet-back corrugated tank can effectively reduce the thermal stress and improve the safety and life of boiler. Heating areas are laid symmetrically for reasonable pressure and expansion.

2. Proper layout of heating surface ensures good water circulation and heat exchange, optimizing the effect of heat transfer and increasing the heating efficiency.

3.Steam boiler integrates the lower-level combustion chamber to expand the range of safe water level and steam space in the boiler and to guarantee the good-quality steam.

4.Full butt-welding wet-back structure can protect the rear wall from damage due to high temperature flue gas to ensure the reliable operation of boiler.

5. The world-renowned burner and advanced automatic control system is used for more stable combustion, easier operation, more safe and reliable operation. This boiler is also easier for installation.
