Product Description

Ca Ligno is a kind of natural anionic surface active agent processed with sulfurous acid pulping waste through advanced production technology. It can work well with other chemicals . This grade is speciallly used as ceramic/fertilizer/feed additives.

Main performance:
1. Used as ceramic bonder, increase green strength of ceramic body.

2. Used as fertilizer raw material. ca lignosulfonate is rich of many mocroelement and organic materials. It performs well as fertilizer raw materials.

3. Used as animal feed additives.

4, used as concrete water reducer : doped 0.25-0.3 % by weight of cement , water consumption can be reduced by more than 10-14 % , improve the workability of concrete , improve project quality . Summer use , can inhibit the slump loss , are generally complex and superplasticizer use .

5, used as a binder ore : smelting industry , with calcium lignosulfonate mixed with slag, into powder ball into the kiln dried , can greatly improve the smelting recovery .

6, the refractory material : the manufacture of refractory brick, the use of calcium lignosulfonate dispersant and binder , can significantly improve performance and reduce the water , increased, to prevent cracking and other good results .
