1.Scope of application

Carbon Nanotubes can be used in the cathode of Lithium-ion, including LiCoO2,LiFePO4,LiMn2O4,, Three Yuan cathode material, LiNi0.8Co0.2O2,LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 and other system. It also can be applied to the anode, including artificial graphite, natural spherical graphite, MCMB, CMS,Li4Ti5O12 and so on. Adding grapheme to both a cathode and an anode will create better result.

Application: Due to the difference of its diameter and helix angle, a carbon nanotube can be metallic attribute or semi-conductive attribute. So, can use it to make molecular-scale diode, and the diode will be as small as nanometer which is much smaller than the universal one at present. Carbon nanotube has the highest strength, which is much stronger than the steel. At the same time, carbon nanotube is very light in weight, which is only one tenth of the steel.
