High-speed Blown Film Machine with Rotary-die Head
1.PE film blowing machines applied to producing HDPE,LDPE and LLDPE films( add another die-head),which widely used for packaging food,garment,textile,daily necessaries and industrial products,etc. It can produce pearly-lustre film and degrable film by using different formulas.
2.Screw&Cylinder:
Both the screw and cylinder are made from 38CRMOAL.Treated with nitridation, they have high hardness and strong corrosion resistance.
3.Die-head:
The die-head is plated with hard chrome and well polished. With the helical-core struture, it extrudes the fused material so evenly that the smoothness of film is good.
4.Cooling set:
The labyrinth air-cooling set leads to the best transparency of film.
5.Take-up equipment:
The take-up equipment adopts friction or center winder. Driven by torquemotor, it has strengths of smooth winding and easy operation.
6.An embossing roll can be added to this machine. Normal die-head can be replaced by rotary die-head if you want greater evenness.
7.Frame:
The frame of the whole machine is made of cast iron and is painted. .
